What is Chicken Karahi?
Traditionally, karahi was around casting pot of iron. This gives you stamina and healthy heat dissipation. It also had a ring-shaped handle on either side for ease of handling. Traditionally cooked in a wok over high heat, this dish is called Karahi chicken. This dish is one of Pakistan's most popular dishes and is often cooked for functions and celebrations. This meal is served in nearly every restaurant and hotel.
