Kofta Recipe :

Kofta Beef :

The word kofta refers to a meatball. And koftay ka salan (meatball curry) is a traditional Pakistani dish that involves making mince meat meatballs and then cooking them in a flavorful curry with onions and yoghurt.

Many people are apprehensive about making these Koftas, but with my recipe and tips, you'll be able to make perfect koftas in no time. These koftas are soft, juicy, and tender, with a hint of spiciness. These koftas are soft, juicy, and tender, and they're still whole and intact. The curry sauce is also delicious.

While many recipes call for tomatoes in their curry, I believe that the onion and yoghurt sauce is more traditional for koftay ka salan. Some people even deep fry their meatballs, which gives them a tougher exterior in my opinion.

Kofta Chicken :

In certain instances, it's served with pulao, mashed potatoes, and French fries. In Lebanon, kofta is referred to as kafta and is made with ground beef, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
