Pani Puri: Panipuri consists of a blend of seasoned water (known as imli pani), tamarind chutney, powdered bean stew, chaat masala, potato pound, onion, or chickpeas, filled with a round or ball-molded empty puri (a broiled fresh flatbread). While the water is sour, it is tart rather than sweetish.
